Moderation

Safety that follows the conversation.

Global Chat crosses server boundaries, so linker keeps reports, content checks, bans, and mutes connected to the network instead of one channel.

THE TOOLKIT

Context first. Action second.

Every control has a narrow purpose and is checked before it changes network data.

01 / REPORT

Report the forwarded message.

The message action sends moderators the relevant forwarded content and identifiers needed to review what happened.

02 / FILTER

Check content before delivery.

Blocked words and message rules are applied before eligible servers receive the Global Chat message.

03 / ENFORCE

Ban or mute across the network.

Authorized linker moderators can apply temporary or permanent restrictions that follow the user across Global Chat.

ENFORCEMENT DATA

Deleting a profile does not remove a restriction.

Active bans and mutes remain when personal profile data is deleted. This prevents deletion from becoming a way to bypass moderation.

01
Permission checkedOnly recognized linker moderation roles can use network enforcement commands.
02
Time survives restartsTimed enforcement stores its expiry instead of relying only on a running timer.
03
Public role stays separateGlobal Chat presentation can hide internal staff roles while permissions continue to work.
